The 28 ¾” Grill Express™ Smooth Two-Sided Double Grill (GX20IS) from Star Manufacturing is a popular cafeteria, deli and concession stand item ideal for making the perfect sandwich but also great for quesadillas, burritos, wraps, steaks and more. This model includes two individual grill platforms, allowing it to produce twice as many items at different temperatures for higher output operations. The grills are two-sided and include embedded elements in each of the cast iron plates for superior heat distribution and fast recovery. The hinge systems allow for effortless use and even cooking on both sides of the product. While this unit is basic, it includes everything needed to make great sandwiches with as little mess and as much efficiency as possible.
